••• Order Processing Steps:
1-When the customer completes the order with 2checkout.com, they send back a confirmation E-mail to both the customer and Charisma Arts.
2- Charisma Arts will then send you an E-mail containing the estimated delivery time. It will take 1-2 days to prepare the order for delivery.
3- After preparing the order, Charisma Arts will deliver it to the shipping company EMS or FedEx or middle East or Aramex and you will get a notification of shipment E-mail, that includes shipping dates and shipment tracking information (if tracking is available).

•- Additional charges may apply for heavy weight items. Customer will be contacted by email for approval to the additional shipping charges.
•- We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods for any order. Our shipping department may elect to switch carrier and adjust shipping methods without notice.
•- Shipment must be made via a traceable method with delivery confirmation or even signature confirmation. Therefore, a handling fee is applicable to cover these costs.
• - We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, APO addresses or US territories.
• - We will ship to the correct address you provide. We must have an accurate full street address and phone number. We are responsible for shipping only when the correct information is given for delivery. If a product is returned for wrong address you will be notified and you will be re-billed for the freight for re-shipping the product. If the address is not completely correct and our carrier imposes in-transit address correction charges (EXAMPLE: you use Street and it should have been Avenue) additional charges may apply.

We use Ecologically Safe, Recyclable Packaging: PET Bottles & Jars, Glass Bottles, Plain Paper Recyclable Labels, Rafia and other Ecologically Friendly Packaging. It's what inside our packaging that counts. Special care is given to fragile glass products. All items are individually bubble wrapped and packed securely in a sturdy parcel box. Good packing is what we're known for and we use plenty of bubblewrap and styrofoam peanuts for protection.

••• 2CO New Fraud Detection Program Upgrade As a part of 2Checkout.com's (2CO) continuing commitment to increased credit card and consumer identity security, 2CO announced the new upgrade to its Fraud Detection Program on 18th August 2005.
• The fraud detection upgrade means that customers can shop with more confidence. According to this new upgrade, all orders made by a customer are subjected to an automated fraud screening routine. This routine automatically examines each and every order placed. Suspect orders are manually reviewed by a trained member of 2CO fraud prevention team. Orders that are proven and determined to be fraudulent are cancelled. Orders that are not obviously fraudulent but are suspect are put in an "On Hold" status and are reviewed further. Accordingly, vendors should refrain from shipping any sale until they receive a confirmation email from 2CO that indicates a sale has been reviewed and it has a status of PASSED (fraud-free).

••• Shipping Time
• If you are ordering by credit card or online check: once your order is examined and then processed by our online processor (online credit card processing usually takes 48-72 hours), your order is usually shipped insured within 4-5 business days from the date your order is processed (unless otherwise specified for particular products). This applies to all in-stock stuff orders. If we are temporarily out of an item, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. You will be able to choose and decide either we replace the out-of-stock items with others in stock and of equivalent value or simply refund you the amount of money you paid for those particular items.
• If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST email us within no more than 48 hours from the date your order was placed (before it is processed). Orders cancelled after being processed by our online authorized retailer (2CheckOut) will be refunded if canceled within 2 working days of time of ordering. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after the package is delivered to the courier company. Any request for cancellations of orders once duly shipped, shall not be entertained.
• If you are in a hurry or on a tight schedule, kindly notify us preferably before placing an order or at least once you have placed your order so as we can calculate the exact time needed for your order to be delivered to you (including credit card processing time, order preparing time, shipping time,.....etc.) and if we have become sure that we won't be able to deliver your order by the time you specified, we will refund you 100% of your order within 48 hours of being placed. •• Charisma Arts DOES NOT ship on Fridays as businesses are closed in Egypt. When your order is shipped we will give you a tracking number and web page.

••• Delivery Information
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. In most cases, once your order is shipped you should receive it within 3-4 business days if express shipping is selected via either of DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, OCS, or ARAMEX. If EMS regular shipping is selected, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. (There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the USA or Europe). Due to the heightened security measures have been taken throughout the world, there will be times due to these procedures that you will not receive your merchandise within the 3-5 business days. This is beyond our control and our shipper's control - we ask for your patience.
Therefore, kindly allow upto 7 business days for delivery (US addresses) or 10 business days for delivery (non-US addresses). If you did not receive your order within a maximum of 10 business days from the date your order had been processed (US addresses) or 15 business days (non-US addresses), kindly send an e-mail to Charisma arts at ( http://www.charisma-arts.net/contact_us.php ) Please include your order ID in all email inquiries.
• We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.
• Shipments of Egyptian statues might be subject to a 24-48 hours delay in delivery. According to the law, all shipments that contains statues should be inspected by the Egyptian competent authorities due to the uprising monuments smuggling. This may result in a delay in shipping date and delivery date accordingly.
Charisma arts is NOT responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

••• For credit card payments your shipping address MUST match the cardholder address. In other words, shipment MUST be made to the credit card billing address. We CAN NOT ship to your work address or to your cousin's house. This protects all of us from fraud. •• Our credit card processing company uses an address verification system (AVS) - this means we will ONLY ship to the same address that the credit card bill is received. This protects all of us from fraud. .
